Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing Time

  • Orders for ready-made jewelry are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry takes 7–21 business days, depending on complexity.
  • Customers will be notified of any delays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (Gulf Standard Time, Dubai) are processed the same day, and once ready, dispatched within 0–1 business day (Mon–Sat).

2. Shipping Methods

  • Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex with tracking.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
  • Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • GCC: 2–7 business days (where applicable)

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Report any loss or damage within 5 days of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence may be required for courier claims.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted only for unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom or engraved jewelry is non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
  • Exchanges possible for resizing or finish changes, subject to availability.

2. Refund Process

  • Request refund via info@diamondcartel.ae with order details and photos.
  • Approved refunds processed within 7–14 days via original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Defective Items

  • Report defects within 3 days of delivery.
  • Repairs or replacements arranged at no cost if defect confirmed.

4. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before production or shipment.
  • Once in production or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Diamond Cartel reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Custom Orders

  • Custom jewelry orders begin production after design approval.
  • These are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Shipping & Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Title transfers once full payment is received.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Warranties

  • Limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months.
  • No liability for misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

About Diamonds and Breakage

  • Natural and lab-grown diamonds are very hard but can chip or crack if hit on a corner or edge (especially the girdle or pointed ends like in pears, marquises, or emerald cuts).
  • Consumer law in the UAE only obliges Diamond Cartel to stand behind manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong setting, poorly mounted stone, defective metalwork).
  • Accidental damage, knocks, chips, or cracks that happen after delivery are not covered unless specifically stated otherwise.

Jewelry warranties almost always exclude breakage of stones after delivery because:

  • Breakage is normally caused by impact, not by a defect in the diamond.
  • Even a perfect stone can chip if struck.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, and text on diamondcartel.ae are the intellectual property of Diamond Cartel.
  • Reproduction or resale without written consent is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be handled in Dubai courts.

9. Modifications

Diamond Cartel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
